Diazites ("we", "us") provides AI phone, text and automation services for local businesses. This policy explains what we collect on this website and how we use it.

What we collect

Information you submit: name, business name, phone number, email address, city/service area, industry and any notes you type into our demo request form.
Attribution data: advertising identifiers and campaign parameters (for example utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, gclid, fbclid, msclkid), plus the page you came from and your referrer, so we know which ad generated your inquiry.
Technical data: IP address and browser/user-agent string, recorded for security, spam prevention and analytics.
Analytics and advertising cookies: Google Analytics / Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Pixel may set cookies to measure ad performance and conversions.

How we use it

To call, text or email you about the free demo you requested and to prepare it.
To measure and improve our advertising and website.
To comply with law and prevent fraud or abuse.

Text messages & calls

By submitting your phone number you consent to receive calls and text messages from Diazites about your inquiry, including automated messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, telephony/AI providers, CRM, email and analytics vendors) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Retention

We keep inquiry records as long as needed to service your request and for our legitimate business records, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, by emailing aiworkers@agentmail.to or calling (786) 766-7316. You can also opt out of personalized advertising through your Google and Meta ad settings.

Children

Our services are for businesses; we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change when we do.
